* CREAMY DILLED CUCUMBER SALAD*

Category: Salad

1 large cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup red onion (sliced)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 handful dill (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything and chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Serves 4
