* CHEESY HAM AND BROCCOLI BAKE* - Easy

1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg

Heat oven to 350. Mix first 4 ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir remaining ingredients until dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls evenly over ham mixture. Bake, uncovered, 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serves 4
