AUTUM STEW (Crock Pot)

2 lb lean beef stew meat, cut into cubes
1 (1 oz) envelope onion soup mix and brown gravy mix
1 1/2 cups apple cider
Diced apple, baby carrots and potatoes

Brown beef in a skillet, seasoning with pepper. Place the beef and the remaining ingredients and cook on low 5-8 hours. Serves over cooked noodles or rice.
