* SPICY GLAZED CHICKEN* - Easy

1 (8 oz) bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (12 oz) jar apricot preserves
2 1/2 lb chicken, cut into serving pieces

In a small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Grill or broil chicken, basting frequently with glaze mixture during last 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate remaining glaze. Serves 4
