SPICY SHRIMP

Category: Fish and Seafood

Approx. 30 shrimp - cooked with tails on, deveined and chilled
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp A-1 sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 freshly grated horseradish
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 medium onion
Dash of Tabasco

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Pour into serving dish and place in refrigerator until well chilled. Serve dip on center of platter surrounded by shrimp. Garnish with curly parsley and fresh lemon slices.
