1 cup large cut garlic & onion croutons
1/3 cup warm milk
2 large eggs
1/2 cup each chopped onions and red bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound ground turkey meat
1 pound ground white turkey meat

Glaze
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons hot sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Combine croutons and warm milk in a large mixing bowl. Allow croutons to soak for 5 minutes. With a fork, smash croutons into small pieces. Add eggs and mix to blend. Add onion, bell pepper, salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add meat and blend well. Pack mixture into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and hot sauce and spread glaze mixture over the meatloaf. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is cooked. Drain off excess fat. Allow meatloaf to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
