HONEY-GLAZED WINGS

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup green onions, chopped
8 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp oil
20 chicken wings, tips removed
In a small mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; whisking well. Add wings, cover and chill 2 hours; stirring occasionally. Remove wings from marinade and place on 2 baking sheets; reserve marinade. Bake chicken wings and place on 2 baking sheets; reserve marinade. Bake at 400 for one hour or until tender. Turn and baste with reserved marinade. Arrange wings on a large platter.
To prepare dipping sauce during last 5 minutes of baking time, place remaining marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil until slightly thickened; stirring constantly. Remove from heat and place in a small bowl for serving.
