4 pork chops
Salt and pepper
2 cups tomato juice
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped onion
Place chops in skillet and brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook until chops are tender.
