GERMAN REUBIN CASSEROLE

3 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
1/2 lb smoked or kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 (16 oz) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips

Combine first 5 ingredients and spoon into a greased 10x6x1 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper strips over top. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese has melted.
