2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced shallots
1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate.
