4 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder, garlic powder and salt
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
2 lb sole fillets

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a skillet, heat to medium until melted. Add the sole and saute for several minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
