BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL

1 large tube braunschweiger
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature, reserving 2 oz
5 diced green onions
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Form into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Use the reserved cream cheese to cover (ice) the cheese ball. May top with olives.
