SEAFOOD TARTLETS

1 loaf sliced sandwich bread
6 tbsp butter, melted
Seafood filling
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup grated gruyere cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 drops tabasco
1 tbsp white wine
2 oz cooked small baby shrimp
2 oz cooked crab meat
Preheat oven to 400. Remove crusts from the bread, with a rolling pin, flatten 2 inch rounds from each bread slice. Brush both sides of each round with butter. Press into 1/2 inch miniature muffin cups. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on rack.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except seafood. Mix until blended. Carefully stir in seafood. Fill each tart shell with filling. Place under broiler until golden and bubbly. Remove from pans. Serve immediately.
