CRISPY CHILI TWISTS

2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
vegetable oil
2 tbspgrated Parmesan
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Cook and drain pasta as directed. Rinse with cold water and drain very thoroughly (excess water on pasta will cause oil to splatter).

Heat 1 inch of oil to 375. Fry pasta, about 1 cup at a time, about 2 minutes or till crisp and light brown, stirring if necessary to separate. Drain on paper towels.

Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss with pasta till evenly coated.
