PARMESAM CRUSTED BROILED SCALLOPS

1/3 Cup Onion Flavored Melba Toast Rounds, (about 9) finely crushed)
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 Pounds Scallops
1 Tablespoon Butter, melted
Cooking Spray
Lemon Wedges

Combine the crushed melba toast, parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika and pepper in a large zip lock bag.

Brush the scallops with the melted butter.

Add the scallops to bag and seal and shake to coat.

Place the scallops in a broiler pan coated with cooking spray and broil for 10 minutes or until done. Serve with lemon wedges.
