SPICY MARINATED SHRIMP

1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
2 tbsp olive and lemon juice
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp ketchup and prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt
2 lbs medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined

In a large bowl, combine ingredients except shrimp. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Remove to a serving bowl and serve with toothpicks or skewer each shrimp with a toothpick from heat to tail and arrange on a serving platter.
