2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chopped chives
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp
cheddar cheese
1 lb. cod or haddock
1- 10 oz. pkg. (3 cups) frozen
shrimp, cooked
1- 5 oz. can lobster, drained,
cubed
2 T. sherry
1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
3 T. margarine, melted

Heat oven to 350. Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk, & seasonings. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Cook fish; skin, bone, & cut in pieces. Add fish,
shrimp, lobster, & sherry to sauce; pour into 2 quart casserole. Toss crumbs with margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 25 minutes.

Serves 6-8
