GRILLED CHICKEN

1 whole chicken, split or assorted chicken pieces
Salt and pepper

Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup, salad oil, vinegar and light molasses
1 tsp dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Blend ingredients for sauce. Set aside. Arrange coals toward back of grill. Once coals are medium to hot, place chicken toward front of grill. Cook approximately 2 hours, turning frequently. Add coals to maintain heat. Generously baste with sauce during last 30 minutes of cooking.
