6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/4 tsp each dried rosemary leaves and garlic powder
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Place chicken in crockpot. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients until smooth andhot. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to-10 hours.

Serve with rice pilaf or cooked egg noodles.
