2 cups sauerkraut
1 (16 oz) can applesauce
1/2 cup dry wine
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 (8 oz) can onion rings
1 lb polish sausage, sliced
2 cups potatoes, boiled and drained
Combine ingredients and simmer 20 minutes and serve.
