1/2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
6 oz feta cheese (I use the flavored ones), crumbled or divided
1/4 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
24 mini pastry shells

Mix spinach with 4 oz feta and next 6 ingredients. Fill pastry shells with mixture; sprinkle with remaining feta cheese and bake at 325 until browned, about 20 minutes.

Note: Filling can be made a day in advance. Serves 12
