GREEK CHICKEN THIGHS

8 thighs, skinned
1/4 cup dry red wine
2 tbsp olive oil and finely chopped red onion
1 tsp finely chopped lemon peel
1/2 tsp dry rosemary and oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup feta cheese, any flavor

In a resealable bag, add ingredients except cheese. Marinate 4-24 hours in refrigerator. Drain; reserve marinade.

Grill chicken on medium direct heat, uncovered 35-40 minutes, brushing with marinade during 1st 20 minutes. Discard remaining marinade.

Sprinkle cheese with cheese. Cover loosely with foil and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
