GREEK CHICKEN BARBECUE

4 chicken leg quarters
Marinade
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice and olive oil
2 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp fennel seed and garlic salt
In a zip lock bag, combine marinade ingredients; add chicken, turning to coat. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
Grill, covered, over medium coals 35-40 minutes or until done, turning every 10-15 minutes.
Note: Chicken can be broiled 3-4 inch from heat. Broil 35-40 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
