Shelly's Recipe

COMPANY CHICKEN

1 (5 oz) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground ginger
6 lb chicken parts

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.

Combine marinade in a resealable bag and chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear.
