CRAB TORTELLINI SALAD

1 pkg (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 pkg (8 oz) imitation crabmeat, flaked or 1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained and flaked
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook the tortellini according to the pkg directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini and the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 4-6
