Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 envelope (1-1/4 oz) any flavor of instant breakfast drink mix
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 1/2 cups granola cereal with raisins, divided

Preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, instant breakfast mix, and egg until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon; beat until thoroughly combined. Add 3 cups of the cereal; beat until well mixed. Place the remaining 1-1/2 cups of the cereal in a shallow dish, breaking up the larger pieces. Form the batter into 1 inch balls and roll in the cereal, coating completely. Place on cookie sheets 2 inch apart and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until firm and light golden. Serve warm, or allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
