HOLIDAY MASHED POTATOES CASSEROLE

8-10 potatoes, cooked and riced
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup chives, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt, pepper, paprika

Mash all ingredients together except paprika. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and cover. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight. Bring back to room temperature and bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered, and for 15 minutes uncovered.
