Cookies
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Glaze
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup hot water
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts

Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add next 4 ingredients; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to batter. Drop by rounded tspfuls 2 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly in crisscross patter with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cook sheets, cool completely.

Glaze: Combine first 3 ingredients; blend well. Stir in enough confectioners sugar for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cookies. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of chopped nuts over each cookie, allow to set before storing. 8 dozen cookies.
