SHRIMP NOODLE SUPREME

1 (8 oz) pkg uncooked spinach noodles, cooked and drained
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed and softened
1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter, softened
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half-and-half and mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped chives and parsley
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Additional cheese for top

Combine noodles and cream cheese in a bowl. Spoon mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Cook shrimp in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until pink and tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread shrimp over noodles.

Combine remaining ingredients and spread over shrimp. Sprinkle addition cheese over top and bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until hot and cheese melts.
