1/4 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. olive oil
Fresh-ground pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, mix mustard with vinegar. Whisking constantly with a fork, slowly add olive oil until vinaigrette is thick and creamy. Season with pepper to taste and toss with field greens.


Makes about 1 cup.
