SCALLOPS SUPREME

2 lb scallops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
1/4 cup sherry
Grated cheese
Bread crumbs

Combine ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs. Cutting large scallops in half, place on individual baking shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
