SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS V

2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 lb hamburger
1 tsp salt

Sauce
1 can consomme
1/4 cup brown sugar and vinegar

Sauce: Combine ingredients.

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add meat and salt and roll into meat balls, cover by rolling meatballs into cornstarch. Brown on all sides. When they are brown pour sauce over them and simmer about 10 minutes. Simmer about 30 minutes or until glazed.
