GRAHAM CRUMB PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

Topping
1 cup (14 squares) of graham cracker crumbs
6 oz pkg (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
Dash of salt
1/3 cup butter, melted

Cake
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch pan. In a small bowl, combine all of the topping ingredients. Pour lightly into the prepared pan.

Next, in a large bowl, blend all the cake ingredients until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour, evenly, over the topping. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until it tests done. (Do not over bake!) Cool cake, upright, in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate.
