1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
3 English toffee candy bars, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients and beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until creamy. Reduce speed and add dry ingredients. Beat until well mix. Stir in pecans, toffee and chocolate by hand.
Drop dough by tbspfuls 2 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 1 minute before remove to wire racks to cool completely.
