SCALLOPED OYSTERS

Category: Fish and Seafood

1/2 lb saltines, crumbled
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 pint oysters, drained
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients except milk. Add milk to make mixture juicy. Ad more milk if necessary. Put mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6
