* SHRIMP CRAB BISQUE* - Easy

4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed potato soup
2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp, drained & rinsed
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 soup cans half & half
1 soup can milk
1 pkg frozen crab meat, drained
1/4 cup butter
1/2 small onion and celery stalk minced
1 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning
Salt & pepper as desired
Add butter to a large pot. Melt on low-medium heat setting. Add minced onion, celery and seasoning and cook until onions are almost soft. Add potato soup. Slowly and in milk, stirring constantly until well blended. Add half and half, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through and serve.
