* Lazy Daisy Meatballs*

Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp worcershire sauce and garlic powder
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper, nutmeg, garlic & celery salt
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 to 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I used Herbed Cream of Mushroom Soup)
1/4 soup can of water
1 tbsp dry sherry

Cooked rice or noodles
Mix ingredients. Form into 24 small meat balls. Roll in flour; brown in fat. Mix soup, water and sherry. Pour over the meatballs. Cover & simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6
