ITALIAN SAUSAGE TORTILLA ROLL UPS

6 oz bulk sausage, browned and drained
2 (10 inch) flour tortilla shells
1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Heat oven to 350. Place 1 tortilla on double layer of damp paper towels. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Top with 1/2 of sausage.

In a small bowl, combine the cheese and seasoning. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese mixture over sausage. Roll up tortilla jell roll fashion. Remove paper towels; wrap in foil. Repeat with remaining tortilla and filling.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until thorough heated. Serve immediately. Serves 2
