HERBED CHICKEN AND CAPOCOLLO SANDWICHES

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts from rotisserie from deli, sliced
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
3 oz hot capocollo or salami, thinly sliced
1 cup picked hot pepper, thinly sliced
6 oz fontina cheese
4 (10 inch) baguettes

Slice chicken and marinate in the next 5 ingredients for about 15 minutes. Split the baguettes horizontally.

Combine the mayonnaise and the rosemary together. Spread on each slice of bread. Layer with the ingredients on half of sliced baguettes. Top with other half of bread. Makes 8 sandwiches.
