PEANUT BUTTER MAGIC COOKIES

Dough:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar and brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Filling:
3/4 cup peanut butter and confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 375. Combine filling ingredients and blend well. Form into 1 inch balls and set aside.

Beat sugars, butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add rest of dough ingredients.

With floured hands, take about 1 tbsp of dough and wrap it around the filling. Place 2 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-9 minutes or until set and slightly cracked.
