HAM BALLS II

1 lb coarsely ground pork and ham
2 eggs
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
Glaze
1/2 cup cider vinegar and water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
10 whole cloves
Glaze: In as saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a full boil. Ham balls: Mix ingredients together and form into 2 inch balls. Place in a baking dish and pour glaze mixture over, cover each with some glaze. Cover loosely with foil (don’t seal edges around pan.) Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours for 45 minutes of first side; turn each ball over. Spoon glaze over again and bake for 45 minutes. During the last 30 minutes, remove and periodically spoon glaze over. Serves 6-8
