CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE - Easy

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, pepper and Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup dry white wine or sherry
1 cup water
1 pkg long grain and wild rice mix
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 small onion, chopped

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings and brown in skillet on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients into skillet and bring to a boil. Arrange chicken over rice; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4
