STEAK ROLL-UPS I

1 1/2 lbs boneless round steak
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups fresh bread cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp each salt and poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder
1 cup flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
2 tsp cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 tsp browning sauce
Pound steak to a 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into six serving pieces. Combine next 8 ingredients; mix well. Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak; roll up with a toothpick. Roll in seasoned flour.
In a skillet brown meat roll-ups in oil. Combine soup, water and browning sauce and pour over the roll-ups. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally. Remove toothpicks before serving.
