CHOCOLATE MINT TORTE

27 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup chocolate cover mint candies
1/4 cup milk
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
Additional whipped cream and mints

In a bowl, combine crumbs and butter and press onto bottom and up 1 1/2 inch up the sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Chill at least 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, heat mint candies and milk over low heat until melted; stir until smooth. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Place marshmallow cream in mixing bowl; gradually beat in mint mixture and fold in whipped cream. Transfer the prepared crust. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving. Remove sides of pan and garnish.
