HAM AND SPINACH-FILLED CALZONES

1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano and salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb frozen bread dough, thawed
8 thin slices cooked ham
2 tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 2 baking sheets. In a medium bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients and set filling aside.

Divide dough into 8 equal pieces; shape each piece into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball into a 6 inch round with a floured rolling pin.

Place a slice of ham on the lower half of each round, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Top ham evenly with the filling. Moisten edges of dough with water. Fold unfilled half of dough over filling. Press edges with a fork to seal.

Place the calzones on the prepared sheets. Prick tops to make vents and brush with the milk. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
