GROUND BEEF CHIMICHANGAS

1 lb ground beef
1 (15 oz) can refried beans
1/3 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp ground chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 (7 oz) can diced green chilies
10-12 inch flour tortillas
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cups shredded cheese

Saute beef; drain. Return to skillet and add next 5 ingredients. Spoon equal amount of mixture into center of each tortilla. Roll and place seam side down in a large baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, heat tomato sauce and cumin. When chimichangas are done, top with tomato sauce and cheese. Serves 6 – 2 chimichangas per serving
