WHITE CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (1 oz) squares chocolate
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup water
2 cups sugar and flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder and vanilla extract

Icing
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (1 oz) squares chocolate
6 tbsp milk
1 lb box confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine first 4 ingredients together and bring to a rolling boil in a saucepan. Combine chocolate mixture with next 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Mix until combined and pour into a greased jelly-roll pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. About 5 minutes before cake is finished baking, make the icing.

Icing: Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Add other ingredients and spread on cake as it comes from oven.
