BAKED BARBECUED PORK RIBS

4 lbs pork ribs, cut into pieces
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder and salt
2 dashes hot sauce
2 cups water
1 lemon thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 450. Combine ketchup and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan, meaty side up. Cover with slices of onion and lemon. Roast for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and pour sauce over ribs. Continue baking, basting frequently with pan juices. Serves 4
