TOFFEE CREAM CUPS

1 (10 oz) pkg puff pastry shells
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg candy toffee bits
1 bar Dark Chocolate for garnish

Heat oven to 400. Bake and cool pastry shells according to pkg directions. Beat cream and sugar in bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in toffee.

Warm chocolate bar in your hand to warm chocolate slightly. Using vegetable peeler, shave bar in lengthwise strips to form curls. Divide toffee mixture among pastry shells. Top with chocolate. Serve immediately.
