COCKTAIL MEATBALLS WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 tbsp prepared horseradish and parsley flakes
Sauce
1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
3 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Combine meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown.
Meanwhile, make sauce by combining ingredients in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Add meatballs. Place meatballs in sauce to keep warm in a chafing dish. Serve with toothpicks.
